I ran a half marathon last Sunday and felt pretty bad

I scorched the course, I ran 1:51:53. My previous half I ran at 2:00:25.

During the run became ravenously hungry. It was such a weird feeling I am sure I was getting close to the end of the glycogen and bouncing up against hypoglycemia. I forgot to bring any goo to the run so I won't do that again.

For two days afterwards I had really tight calves.

The whole experience really intimidated me about the marathon and I even started to talk to my wife and about not running the big M.

We'll see.
