Second training run with Run-Walk

The run was plagued by a dysfunctional iPod. I'm not sure if it was bad headphones or a bad connection but the audio book kept pausing and skipping all around. This also applied to the IntervalTrainer program which was totally flakey.

I started the run listening to Rodney walk three straight batters and then having Lyons walk in a batter and give up a two run double. Cabrera picked those fools up in the 10th and Lyons closed out the win in the bottom of the tenth with 2 Ks and a ground put. Started listening to Blink by Malcolm Gladwell.
